Courses in MSU's business administration-human resource management degree program include accounting and economics, principles of finance, ethics, compensation management, recruiting and personnel selection, strategic HR management, and information systems management-all skills that will ensure our graduates find success in the field of human resources.

The Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in human resource management is offered online and on the main campus in Beckley. Students on the Martinsburg campus can pursue this concentration through a combination of traditional, independent, and online study. An Associate of Science in human resource management is also available on the Beckley campus.
