    Human Resource Management

Busy corporations need individuals who can help them perform more effectively by caring for their employees from the time they become interested in the organization until long after they leave. Those individuals work in human resources. HR managers and specialists focus on such issues as recruiting and managing employees, staff training, compensation and benefits management, labor relations, and organizational development.

Mountain State University's Associate of Science in human resource management is offered through traditional study on the Beckley campus. Students on the Martinsburg campus can pursue the degree through a combination of traditional, independent, and online study.
