Hospitality Leadership Concentration

The concentration in hospitality leadership can be applied to positions in hotels, resorts, casinos, wineries, cruise lines, restaurants, or the travel industry.

Classes focus on principles of human resources and organizational development. Throughout the course of your studies, you will participate in interactive experiences related to problem solving including guided discussions, team projects, role playing, research, and case studies focusing on the hospitality industry. Whether you study online or in the classroom, these exercises will bring your studies to a practical level.

Graduates may be qualified to work in such areas as operations management, merchandising management, sales and reservations, food and beverage directors, and district, general, and regional management.
