The Mountain State Scholarship Circle™ endowment fund was established in 2003 at Mountain State University to provide revenue exclusively for student scholarships. Gifts to the Mountain State Scholarship Circle are permanently invested in the endowment fund. The interest earned is awarded each year in scholarships to MSU students.

Your gift to the Mountain State Scholarship Circle will have lasting value by helping students reach their educational goals.

Individual Gifts
Every gift, regardless of size, makes a difference! Your individual gift to the Mountain State Scholarship Circle fund will combine with contributions from other donors to help us offer more scholarships for deserving students.

Named Endowed Scholarship
Gifts of $10,000 or more can be designated to establish a named scholarship. A named scholarship is a lasting legacy that becomes a permanent tribute to the person whose name it bears. Your scholarship can be named in honor or memory of a relative, respected teacher, or a friend. Or the scholarship can bear your own name or that of your family.

Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship
You can also choose to designate your gift to the alumni association endowed scholarship. This scholarship is a newly endowed scholarship that will benefit our alumni and their children. Currently we award a $1,500 per year scholarship to one student. It is our hope to grow this endowment fund so that we can give a more substantial scholarship award.
