Bookstore Policies

I. Book Refunds

Items to be returned, along with the cash register receipt, should be taken to the Bookstore. If a new, undamaged book is returned within ten calendar days from the purchase date, the student will get a full refund. If a book has marks or is damaged in any way, the refund allowance will be the used book purchase price. The Bookstore will identify any books that cannot be returned as new or used.

II. Book Buy-back

At the end of each fall and spring semester, the Bookstore buys back a limited number of used books. Only books to be used in classes the following semester will be purchased back by the Bookstore. The policy allows the Bookstore to buy back a book at half the original price. Used books will be purchased from students according to the used book market value and the buy-back policy.
