The successful candidate must possess a master's degree (doctoral preferred) from a regionally accredited university in a pertinent field such as Leadership, Management, Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related areas. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mountain State University is seeking highly motivated, people-oriented individuals to be involved in our cutting-edge degree in Organizational Leadership (BSOL.) You will be facilitating motivated adult learners in an accelerated cohort delivery format conducted entirely in a virtual environment. The virtual classroom experience involves leading, coaching, and facilitating to deliver a curriculum designed around organizational leadership and the value of human capital. Knowledge of the Organizational Leadership curriculum highly desired; familiarity with WebCt preferred.
