POSITION: Adjunct Faculty for the Master of Science Strategic Leadership Program

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must possess a doctoral degree from a regionally accredited university in a pertinent field such as Management, Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mountain State University is seeking highly motivated, people-oriented adjunct faculty to be involved in our cutting-edge degree in Strategic Leadership. You will be facilitating motivated adult learners in an accelerated cohort delivery format. Each class meets one evening per week for five weeks. The classroom experience involves leading, coaching, and facilitating various formats to deliver a curriculum designed around strategic organizational leadership and the value of human capital. Location: Bluefield/Princeton. Classes are forming now.
