Faculty Position

POSITION: Lead Nursing Faculty – Orlando Campus

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a MSN degree, an unencumbered FL Nursing License and a valid drivers license. The successful candidate must also have 1-2 years teaching experience, preferably in an accredited nursing program, experience in the use of various office software, email applications and internet usage. Also needs is management experiences of at least 1 year, nurse manager or director preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: faculty recruitment, orientation and evaluation, course preparation, teaching, conducting clinicals, student and course evaluation and travel to cohort locations, cohort student consultation and advising, communication with community liaisons for clinical experiences, etc., coordinate student clinical schedules, maintain faculty required training and continuing education for professional growth/licensure, and serve as course coordinator/facilitator.

EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
