POSITION: Adjunct Leadership Faculty – Strategic Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must possess a terminal degree from a regionally accredited university in a leadership-related field. Experience in organizational and strategic leadership and teaching is preferred. Candidate will be required to complete the University’s training and certification for Blackboard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mountain State University is seeking highly motivated, people-oriented individuals to be involved in our cohort-based Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership. All courses are taught in either a face2face blended or an entirely online format. Face2face cohorts meet one night a week in locations through West Virginia or Hickory, NC and involve online instructional activities throughout the week. Faculty is expected to lead, coach, and facilitate development of leadership knowledge, skills and attitudes through a prescribed curriculum.

EFFECTIVE:
