POSITION: Adjunct Leadership Faculty – Organizational Leadership (cohort classes in Wheeling, WV and New Martinsville, WV)

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must possess a terminal degree from a regionally accredited university in a leadership-related field. Experience in organizational and strategic leadership and teaching is preferred. Candidate will be required to complete the University’s training and certification for Blackboard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mountain State University is seeking highly motivated, people-oriented individuals to be involved in our cohort-based Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership. All courses are taught in either a face2face blended or an entirely online format. Face2face cohorts meet one night a week in locations through West Virginia and involve online instructional activities throughout the week. Faculty is expected to lead, coach, and facilitate development of leadership knowledge, skills and attitudes through a prescribed curriculum.
