POSITION: Leadership Faculty, Hickory NC
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a Doctoral Degree in Leadership or related field; current driver’s license, basic computer skills, superior verbal and presentation skills, research and course development skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision; 1 year experience teaching graduate students, 1 year teaching undergraduate students, 3 years combined industry and leadership experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: responsible for full time teaching load and serves as faculty advisor to students in Organizational and Strategic Leadership programs and supports leadership faculty at the Hickory site; this person will also assist in the general operation of the site through participation in marketing and recruitment activities, student life activities, graduations and similar events.
