POSITION: Adjunct Leadership Faculty – Organizational Leadership – Mooresville, NC

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a master’s degree from a regionally accredited university in a relevant field such as Leadership, Management, Organizational Behavior I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management. Candidate must successfully complete and earn certifications from Mountain State University’s Online Faculty Readiness course and Institutional Review Board.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mountain State University is seeking highly motivated, people-oriented individuals to be involved in our cutting-edge degree in Organizational Leadership (BSOL). The format is degree completion with classes meeting one night a week with online instructional activities throughout the week.. The classroom experience involves leading, coaching, and facilitating to deliver a curriculum designed around organizational leadership and the value of human capital. Knowledge of the Organizational Leadership curriculum highly desired; familiarity with Blackboard/WebCt preferred.
