POSITION: Lead Leadership Faculty Washington DC Campus

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a Doctorate Degree in Leadership or related field; 3 years experience teaching graduate students; 5 years teaching undergraduate students; 5 years combined industry and leadership experiences; basic computer skills, superior verbal and presentation skills, research and course development skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: facilitating a full-time teaching load of two cohorts and other courses as may be appropriate, evaluation of course content, making recommendations on curricular issues, assist with program assessment under the guidance of School of Leadership and Professional Development, exercises responsibility for the selection and assignment of adjunct faculty, performs outreach within the local community and general assistance with the student recruitment efforts for Faculty Development Workshops, ensures ongoing quality of faculty.

EFFECTIVE:
