POSITION: Full Time Faculty Doctorate of Executive Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a Doctorate degree earned in Leadership, Organizational Studies, Psychology or a related field.

3 years experience mentoring and supervising qualitative research, 3 years experience mentoring and supervising doctoral level research, 4 years experience in nontraditional education, 2 years experience with technological education methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: responsible for a doctoral teaching load and serves as the faculty advisor to assigned students in the Doctor of Executive Leadership program; assists in the general operation of SLPD through participation in public relations, student life, graduations and similar events.

EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
