POSITION: Adjunct Faculty - LPN- BSN and RN-BSN Programs All Regions of WV

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidates must possess a BSN and a Master’s Degree with a major in nursing and possess or be eligible for unencumbered WV RN license. The candidate should have at least two years teaching experience in an accredited nursing program, preferably at the baccalaureate level and demonstrate excellent communication skills, be willing to travel, believe upward mobility for nursing and articulation of levels of nursing education. Understand and implement principles of adult education.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mountain State University is a seeking highly motivated individuals to be involved in our LPN to BSN Nursing Program. You will be facilitating motivated adult learners in an accelerated cohort delivery format. The classroom experience involves leading, coaching, and facilitating various formats to deliver a curriculum leading to a Bachelors Degree in nursing. Travel among the various cohorts will be required.
