POSITION: Director of Online Education for the School of Health Sciences

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a Master’s degree with a Doctorate being preferred, in a health sciences discipline or related field. Requirements also include a minimum of three years in seat teaching in a health science discipline and two years experience in on-line education; budget management experience; computer skills in the use of software such as MS Office; budget management experience; excellent communication and organizational skills; and the demonstrated ability to work with online platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director provides both long term and day-to-day management of online courses and programs. The successful candidate will work with students, faculty, and staff to develop and administer on-line courses and programs, provide input in budgetary decisions, implement academic goals, plans, and policies, and implement the assessment of on-line programs within the School of Health Sciences.

EFFECTIVE:
