POSITION: Recruiter – Martinsburg Campus
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and two years experience in direct sales and/or recruiting, preferably in higher education. Candidate should have the ability to: Make large and small group presentations, as well as the ability to work with individuals on a one-on-one basis; work individually or within a team; adapt to changing organizational, regional and student needs; travel; complete and generate correspondence and reports utilizing MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Recruiter’s responsibilities will include: providing overall regional student recruiting, attaining annual enrollment levels established by the University and its Martinsburg Campus, assisting the Director of Student Services in providing student service functions across the spectrum from recruitment to graduation, representing the University to various external constituents, and supervising call center staff.
