POSITION: Lead Coordinator of Online Recruiting & Call Center Operation
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Admissions, sales experience, call center and customer service experience preferred. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective students and university personnel. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, yet seek and appreciate the benefits of working on a managed team of admissions professionals using a case management approach to recruitment and admission. Valid driver’s license required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for inquiry generated lead follow-up and student recruiting call center operations to meet programmatic enrollment goals established. The lead enrollment coordinator will supervise and train other enrollment coordinators, as well as oversee all virtual and online programs. When an agent is out of the office for any extended time, the lead coordinator will maintain the agent’s program(s). All reports for the phone system will be managed through this office as well as oversight and of all weekly and monthly agent reports. Excellent phone, communication, and technology skills required, as well as a well-defined interest and ability to lead others. Liaison with education partners regarding student and academic enrollment issues.
