POSITION: CRNA Clinical Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must be a graduate of accredited school of nursing with a BSN, must be a graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program/completion of residency training program in anesthesiology, must hold a minimum of a MSN (doctoral preferred), must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing CRNA or anesthesiologist, must maintain a current professional licensure in WV, must maintain current certification/recertification for the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: prepare clinical rotation plan, implement and monitor clinical assignments and evaluation process for students, maintain lines of communication with program director and asst. program director regarding student progress, providing progress updates, providing informational updates, present preceptor orientations, maintain lines of communication with clinical coordinators and preceptors, monitor clinical sites, monitor evaluation process, etc.
EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
