POSITION: Administrative Secretary for Enrollment Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; good communication and interpersonal skills, typing, filing, and good telephone etiquette. The candidate must have one to three years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position performs a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties; composing and processing a variety of standard documents and correspondence; routing telephone and/or walk-up inquiries; scheduling calendar items and meetings; processing forms; performing data entry; and establishing and maintaining records; edits and proofreads documents to ensure accuracy; must maintain confidential information; greet and direct visitors; sorts, screens and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; prepares photocopies and facsimiles, operates a variety of office equipment; orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies. Run administrative reports. Other duties as assigned.
