POSITION: Assistant to the Vice President of Planning and Improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: assisting with preparation of accreditation and licensure related reports, maintaining accreditation and licensure related documents and files, keeping the Vice President of Planning & Improvement’s calendar, scheduling meetings, attending various meetings to take minutes, assisting with entering information into the university’s assessment management system, WEAVE online, preparing both purchase order requisitions and requests for payment and other general office duties as assigned. This position will also work with other staff in the President’s Office in preparing for functions sponsored by the Office of the President and participate in the University’s commencement ceremony.
EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
