POSITION: Customer Services Representative Assistant – Bookstore (Part Time)
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, some higher education preferred but not required. 1 – 2 years experience in dealing with the public is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: assist the customer service representative in overlooking the sales floor, answering incoming customer service calls, processing and shipping online merchandise orders as well as helping fill supply orders, be available to cover hours when the Customer Service Rep. is out of the store, provide service to customers, keep facility and inventory in a neat and orderly manner, provide support to the other employees in the store, operate registers and computer systems.
EFFECTIVE:
