POSITION: Service Center Representative
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a bachelors degree from an accredited institution, must possess effective organizational and coordination skills, ability to communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, computer competency, ability to analyze and solve problems, word processing and data entry skills, records maintenance skills, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: provide quality service to students, respond to student calls by identifying needs, answering questions and providing information, help ensure that students receive quality information on financial aid, registration, student accounts, etc. in a timely manner.
EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
