POSITION: Associate Dean – Doctorate of Executive Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a doctorate degree earned in Leadership, Organizational Studies, Psychology or a related field or equivalent work experience; 5 years experience mentoring and supervising qualitative research, 5 years mentoring and supervising doctoral level research, 4 years experience in nontraditional education, 3-4 years administrative experience in planning, developing, initiating, managing at a regionally accredited higher ed. institution, 3-4 years experience with technological (online and mixed mode) educational methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: involved in and responsible for the academic management of the Doctor of Executive Leadership (DEL) Program; organization, development, planning, initiation, implementation, administration and management of all academic aspects of the program. This position will require teaching and mentoring of doctoral students through the dissertation process.
