POSITION: Enrollment Coordinator for Online Enrollment
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience; experience in a related field can replace a Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years experience in the use of various office software; 1-2 years experience in higher education; 1-2 years experience in customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: follow-up of all inquiries, applicants and enrolled students for assigned online program; track students on spreadsheet for follow-up, maintenance and reporting purposes; assist students with process issues; provide excellent customer service and confidentiality of student records; work with supervisor to ensure integrity of enrollment processes both for the Enrollment Center and other departments; maintain and promote a team spirit within the Enrollment Center; provide programmatic reports as needed or requested; coordinate with supervisor additional training that will enhance job performance.
