POSITION: Transcript Evaluator-Branch Campuses

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should have an associate’s degree in a related field, experience in higher education is preferred; must demonstrate the ability to work independently; must have excellent computer skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills and ability to multi-task; this position requires attention to detail and critical thinking and problem solving skills; up to 2 years experience in an office setting preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: ensures that transfer credit is applied to the Mountain State University transcript in an accurate and timely manner; this position requires knowledge of the requirements for all Mountain State University programs and the university’s transfer credit practices; responsible for developing the initial grad report toward the anticipated course of study which assists transfer students in selecting and fulfilling their degree requirements; assist the Transfer Records Coordinator and Registrar in ensuring data is accurate and transcript in a manner that addresses the goals and objectives set forth by Student Services.
