POSITION: Registration Clerk
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited College or University strongly preferred. Must have good verbal communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills and be able to multiple task. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office is required. .Minimum of one year experience with customer service is required. Experience in a professional setting is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Student registration, add/drop’s, withdrawals, print statements/schedules/un-official transcript, grade entries, grade changes, class rosters, reports ,course entry, Independent Study extensions, and graduation application process . Answer incoming calls and assist with walk-in inquiries, account payments, answer incoming calls and assist with walk-in inquiries. Provide campus program information to inquires, coordinate admission assessments and convocations as needed. Oversees use of the faculty/student copier, issues copier cards to Faculty, and provides assistance with the copier to Faculty and students as needed.
EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
