POSITION: Student Records Coordinator – Martinsburg Campus
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years in Student Services; excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer skills; ability to communicate effectively with university personnel; ability to work independently; experience in higher education; effective organizational skills; ability to work with MS Office products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: provide support to the Director; ensure student records are updated and maintained in an accurate and timely manner; coordinate with the registration process; assist faculty with grade input and records; distribute information submitted on various forms through Academic Affairs and all necessary departments.
EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
