POSITION: Office Manager – Pennsylvania Campus
QUALIFICATIONS:
The position requires a minimum of an Associate’s Degree, with Bachelors Degree or significant relevant work experience preferred. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products, good customer service skills, and significant time management and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following: maintain and track budget expenses and order all supplies; track and record class rosters; process and track student drops/withdrawals; prepare purchase requisitions and request for payments; serve as a clearing house for all types of student inquiries; prepare human resource forms as appropriate and submit for processing; participate in the admission sessions for new cohorts; maintain student files and records including processing transcripts for evaluation; certifies VA students and maintain VA records; coordinates with Bursars office for reconciliation of student accounts; assist with graduation processes; other duties as assigned.
EFFECTIVE:
Immediate. Position will remain open until filled.
