How to View Your Account and Make a Payment Online

Your Cougar Web password is sent to your cougar email box.  Once you know your password, log on to:  http://online.mountainstate.edu/

  1. Login
  2. Click on “My Finance”
  3. Click on “My Account Balance”
  4. Click on “Make a Payment” to pay online with a credit card or electronic check
  5. Click on “Course and Fee Statement” to review your account.
