SOCGuard is the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) outreach program for the Army National Guard. Mountain State University is personnel and their families.

• SOC Institutions agree to reasonable transferability between institutions.
• MSU offers over 300 courses through our Independent Study.
• MSU accepts ACE credit recommendations.
• Many of our programs are eligible for DANTES tuition reimbursement.
• Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership awards college credit for military training and MOS allowing soldiers to participate in this accelerated online and campus-based program.
