SOC Affiliate

Associate and Bachelor degree programs for active-duty service members.

Mountain State University is an institutional member of the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) Consortium of approximately 1,900 colleges and universities. MSU holds an affiliate membership in the SOCAD 2-year Associate Degree Network System. Additionally, MSU is a member of SOCAD’s Army Career Degrees Program.

  • SOC Institutions agree to reasonable transferability between institutions.
  • MSU offers over 300 courses through our Independent Study.
  • MSU accepts ACE credit recommendations.
  • Many of our programs are eligible for DANTES tuition reimbursement.
  • Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership awards college credit for military training and MOS allowing soldiers to participate in this accelerated online and campus-based program.
