About the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership
The B.S.O.L. is a broad-based degree that provides students with a framework for understanding how organizations work. Classes introduce students to principles of human resources, management, organizational development, and change. Throughout the program, students will participate in interactive experiences related to problem solving including guided discussions, team projects, role playing, research, and case studies. Students pursuing the B.S.O.L. may also choose an optional concentration in criminal justice administration.
About the Master of Science in Strategic Leadership
A degree in strategic leadership offers training in the areas that will make a difference in today's world: strategies for problem solving, direction in how to conceptualize goals and communicate them effectively, character qualities like integrity and courage.
