MSU’s academic programs are organized into five schools: the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Business and Technology, the Patsy H. Haslam School of Health Sciences, the School of Leadership and Professional Development, and the School of Graduate Studies. This section provides general information on each of the schools as well as a listing of MSU’s branch campuses and centers. Detailed information appears in each school’s individual chapter.

Degrees offered at the undergraduate level are Associate of Arts (A.A.), Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.), Associate of Science (A.S.), Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.), and Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.).
