201 Principles of Economics I (3)
Prereq: ENGL 100 or ACT score of 17 or higher. An introduction to the capitalistic economic system. Emphasis upon macroeconomic theory, including supply and demand, national income accounting, employment, inflation, and fiscal and monetary policies. F, Sp; ISP, ISW.

202 Principles of Economics II (3)
Microeconomic theory which includes the laws of production and cost, and price and output determination in the various market structures, international trade, and individual decision making in the economic system. F, Sp; ISP, ISW.

310 Intermediate Economics (3)
ISP only.

410 International Economics (3)
Study of theory and practice relating to trade among nations, with particular attention to processes that foster and impede trade, the role of the World Trade Organization, and the role of the legal system in trade relations. Builds understanding of tariffs, protection of intellectual property rights, and other aspects of trade in the contemporary world. ISP only.
