BUSINESS STUDIES (B.S.)

Students who wish to pursue an individualized business program of study may use prior learning assessment credit and a broad base of coursework in business-related areas to earn a B.S. in business studies.

Degree Requirements
The degree program includes general education and business core requirements, upper-level business electives, and a career component.

General Education Requirements 36
Communication requirement must be filled with COMM 200, 204, or 250, or with ENGL 220.

Computer proficiency must be filled with CIS 115.

Math requirement must be filled with MATH 120.

Choose from prior learning assessment credits in business administration, upper-division (300- and 400-level) courses in accounting or business administration, or up to 6 credit hours of practicum experience.
