What can I study?
Mountain State University’s Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education program is designed for health care providers who already have an associate degree in a health or human services-related field and wish to prepare for a managerial, educational, or health promotion and wellness role in a community setting.
Applicant transcripts are evaluated on an individual basis to determine the number of hours and courses required to meet University and program requirements and prerequisites for degree coursework. The structure of the program varies depending on the associate degree credits that can be applied to these requirements.

Health care issues are a growing concern for many Americans, putting health care educators in demand for top careers. Health science education graduates may work in hospitals, community organizations, private businesses, clinics, schools, or government agencies.
