MSU Student Social Work Organizations
Mountain State University’s Student Social Work Organization is an award-winning group of students who participate in community services projects that make a practical, empowering difference for families and individuals in our region. 

Recent Student Social Work Organization Projects have included:

• Fundraising for the Women’s Resource Center
• Making and delivering Thanksgiving food baskets for needy families
• Participation in Tailgate Halloween for children
• Hosting a Christmas party for families and children at a local homeless shelter

Mu Phi Alpha

Mu Phi Alpha is the National Honor Society for Social Work Students, and is also an award-winning organization that challenges students to serve others.  The Mu Phi Alpha Honor Society fosters high standards of education for social workers and provides social work students with a close relationship focused on their common humanitarian goals.
