Mountain State University (MSU), a multi-campus and online university based in West Virginia, is expanding its benefits to military personnel and their families. Beginning with the summer semester, Mountain State is lowering its tuition for active duty military, reservists and National Guard members to $250 per credit hour for many of its undergraduate programs. Mountain State University announces the May 2009 commencement schedule. MSU foresees that this year's ceremonies attendance will surpass any of previous years. The University will hold a series of 5 regional ceremonies accommodate graduates. (PRWeb May 4, 2009)
