Individualized Study Courses Moving to a Four Month Schedule
August 11, 2003
Beginning with Fall 2003 registration, all Individualized Study courses will be adjusted to a four month timetable as opposed to a six month completion schedule as in the past. The change will allow students to receive the maximum amount of financial aid during a 12 month period. Students who have registered in IS classes prior to August 11, 2003 will have the opportunity to complete these classes under the six month schedule; only new registrations will be affected. Students who will need time beyond the four month period may apply for an extension prior to their completion date. An extension may impact a student's ability to receive the maximum amount of financial aid for the following semester.
