Doctor of Executive Leadership
What is the format for my study?
In addition to coursework, the Doctor of Executive Leadership program incorporates pro-seminars, a portfolio, and a dissertation. As you progress through the program, you will make connections between your learning and your planned career, applying theories to leadership challenges in your organization. Your dissertation will identify a specific organizational challenge. Once you gather data related to your identified problem, you will analyze the data, considering related literature on the topic. From your new insights and ideas, you will identify solutions to address the core issue of your research. Through this process, you will be showing your ability to generate, conserve, and transform, and leadership knowledge.
