Meet our faculty
Robert Francis Hayes holds his Ph.D. in General Psychology. He completed his post-graduate study in Family Studies. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for the Teaching of Psychology, and the Society for the Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity and the Arts. Dr. Hayes came to MSU in 2006 and serves as both graduate and undergraduate faculty. He has worked as a clinical director for persons with chronic mental illness, as a coordinator of psychology, a program director, and as psychology faculty since 1994. His research interests include a wide array of areas including human potentiality, resiliency, hypnotherapy, the teaching of psychology, and futuristic studies in science.

Lisa Marie Richards holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology.
Roger P. Mooney holds a Doctorate of Education in Human Services and a Master of Arts in Psychology. He is a member of the West Virginia Psychological Association, the American Association of Counseling Development, and the West Virginia Association for Counseling and Development.
Stephanie Kelly Ford holds a Master of Arts in Psychology. She is a member of the West Virginia Psychological Association and the North American Association of Masters in Psychology.
