Academic Advising
Your academic advisor is your primary contact for questions concerning your program of study, course selections, change of major, academic achievement, and degree requirements.
Your advisor's responsibility is to help you plan each semester's class schedule and course progression for degree completion. Your academic advisor will act as your consultant helping you identify options and suggesting decision-making strategies.
Your academic advisor's goal is to help you become self-sufficient and self-confident in academic decision-making. While an advisor will help you make sure that you are reaching your academic goals, it is each student's responsibility to meet all course, program, and graduation requirements.
