Library & Learning Resources

Mountain State Univeristy has everything you'll need for research and study, not only on campus, but also online! The Robert C. Byrd Learning Resource Center Library has more than 90,000 volumes and extensive on-line holdings. Housed in the Ressource Center are large, multimedia classrooms, two 30-station computer laboratories, and audio/video facilities available for student use. In addition, the newly created Technology Zone includes state-of-the-art telecommunication links, technology equipment, high-speed access and software, and a 3-D immersion module.
Tutoring & Testing
Tutoring Resources
Tutoring services are provided through the Tutoring & Testing Center for peer tutoring during the Fall and Spring semesters and online through tutor.com year round.
Testing
The Tutoring & Testing Center serves as the centralized area on campus for many types of testing for students. The Testing Center administers exams for math and English placement, independent study, and MSU challenge exams.
