Leadership is not about title or position. Leadership is for everyone, every day.
As a law enforcement officer, you have a position of leadership. Whether you choose to make a positive difference through your leadership platform is a choice you make each day.
Mountain State University wants to help you be more effective as a leader. We offer three online degree programs for leaders at all levels, designed to teach you leadership skills that you can use every day. When you enroll in one of our programs, you will join with a cohort of others who are interested in growing as leaders. Your cohort will become a team to help you develop your ability to work in teams and communicate with others. More than that, your cohort may become your friends for life!
Mountain State University provides academic credit toward a bachelor’s degree for TCLEOSE training — at no charge! In addition, NFOP members and employees of many Texas law enforcement organizations, as well as their spouses, are eligible for a 20 percent discount for the bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
